We are happy to announce that “HANDSTAND” a state-financed short by Ovsanna Shekoyan received the Best Film award at the Bašta Fest International Short Film Festival.
The National Cinema Center of Armenia congratulates the film’s creative and technical team, extending our best wishes for their continued success.
The protagonist of the story is Raffi, a young P.E. teacher who works in a small village school, however, things change completely when one of the kids faints during class.
